I want to start by saying my significant other and I did an exorbitant amount of research in what we require in a house as well as what we require in a realtor. We started by checking out open houses on our own months in advance prior to reaching out to any realtor. Additionally, we did a thorough investigation on the credentials of various local realtors. Everything from academic background, work experience, various stats such as number of closings per month/year, etc. We reached out to realtors and had them answer a few common questions prior to meeting them in-person. In the end, we ended up meeting about half a dozen realtors in-person. From all the research we conducted, Meili came to be our top choice by far. She has a thorough academic background in real estate as well as ample work experience in the field. Meili was the only realtor we met that brought her research findings on specific houses we were looking at throughout the day. She provided us tax history information of the local areas, information on new developments, and examples of client situations she had previously worked so that we could, ultimately, make a well-informed decision on a house. From all our interactions with Meili, she was always on top of everything and worked with unwavering commitment. She has extensive knowledge of the local area, thorough understanding of the entire house buying process including issues we might run into, and impeccable communication. There were several instances where we reached out to Meili to get addition information or requests from the Seller and Meili was able to work efficiently and promptly. I do not believe we ever waited for more than a day to hear back from Meili whenever we did reach out with anything. Throughout our process, we only ran into one minor hiccup where there was outstanding paperwork from a third party. Meili knew our goal was to close a week early and worked tenaciously ensuring the final paperwork was delivered just on time to meet our goal. With Meili?s help, we were able to go from signing of initial contract to closing in exactly 30 days. Purchasing a house is an important life decision and huge financial investment. You want someone who has the expertise to provide you the tools, resources, and confidence to make the most informed financial decision. We invested countless hours of research and put our trust in Meili to be part of our house buying team. She exceeded all of our expectations and helped us walk away knowing we made the correct decision with our new home.

We have had the pleasure of working with Meili to purchase a home twice now. She has been a God send with the entire process both times. My husband and I are very busy people- finding and purchasing a home would normally be very stressful for people like us who don?t have much time, but it was not stressful thanks to Meili. She coordinated ALL portions of our purchasing and selling process. Not only did she help us find a home that 100% met what we were looking for, she also helped us with setting up a mortgage, inspections, finding insurance, preparing our house for sale with suggestions and recommending a professional photographer, and SO much more.
