ZillowVERIFIEDWe cannot recommend Meike highly enough. As first-time buyers in 25 years, we needed someone patient and knowledgeable aEUR" and that's exactly what we got. Meike walked us through every step of the process, always made time for our questions, and never hesitated to explain things twice when needed. Buying remotely added a layer of complexity, but Meike handled it seamlessly. She took care of tasks we couldn't manage from a distance aEUR" including setting up our water department account in person and attending the walkthrough on our behalf. Her support didn't stop at closing, either. She remained available for questions about the area and helped us find reliable services for the home. What stood out most was that Meike genuinely worked in our corner. She advocated for our best interests at every turn and truly cared that we got the best possible deal. While we felt like her most valued clients, we're confident she brings that same level of dedication to everyone she works with. If you're buying or selling, look no further aEUR" you'd be doing yourself a disservice to choose anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED We knew of Meike MacGregor by reputation because she recently sold two completely renovated, contemporary homes like ours at the top of the market for the neighborhood. We picked the right realtor! Meike is an expert in the real estate market here and she is strategic, resourceful and energetic. Her three-phase marketing approach heightened interest without burdening us with unserious sightseers Our house went on the market February 13th and we closed May 20th. We wanted to rent for a while and travel and Meike helped us find the beautiful place we are in today. Meike is friendly, knowledgeable and indefatigableaEUR"a great combo for selling ones house!

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot recommend Meike highly enough. The combination of her knowledge and expertise made the original purchase - and then later the sale - of our house on Singer Island seamless. Beyond her excellent and extremely professional client relations, Meike's reach and contacts are incredibly beneficial in a competitive market. The initiative she took and the (many!) extra miles she went to complete the sale of our home was extraordinary. Working with Meike was nothing short of extraordinary. In a fiercely competitive market where every detail can make or break a sale, she navigated every challenge with unmatched expertise, tireless dedication, and a sharp strategic mind. From her insightful pricing guidance to the flawless marketing that showcased our home at its absolute best, she anticipated every question before we asked and smoothed every bump in the road with calm professionalism. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, and her negotiation skills secured us a deal that exceeded our expectations. Simply put, her service went above and beyond anything we could have hoped foraEUR"we cant imagine having done it without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Meike was great from the beginning to the end. She provided many listings in the West Palm Beach area that met my criteria. She also provided some key insights into the traffic patterns around locations that would be negative to a daily commute. She setup access to properties during my search very quickly to meet my schedule and was always on time. Overall, Meike acted very professionally and was very responsive to my questions about the properties as well as my area of interest. She provided me contacts for painters, handyman, AC maintenance...

ZillowVERIFIED Meike is the "GO TO" real estate broker for any home on Singer Island, specifically for her experience, knowledge and presentation. Her focus and sales approach is why we worked with her twice; both initially, when we purchased our home, and then again when we sold it.

ZillowVERIFIED if you are considering buying or selling a house on singer island, Meike is no doubt the most experienced and knowledgable agent in the area. Having worked as a real estate agent on Singer Island for almost 25 years, she knows about most of the houses on the island than the actual owners! She has single-handedly bought/sold more than any other office combined. At any given time she has a massive database of buyers and sellers waiting in the wings. I lived on the island for almost 10 years and watched her listings and sales and i finally had the opportunity to work with her. SHE HANDLED EVERYTHING. She has connections for anything you need done during the buying and selling process--from handymen to staging furniture (she has a warehouse of staging setups!). She is a master negotiator and a true professional. She's awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED Meike had a listing on Zillow for a property that was of interest. Not living in the area, we had to rely on phone calls and emails. After a 24 hour trip from CT to FL we found just what we were looking for. Then Meike took over. She made it happen! We highly recommend her. When shes in your corner your real estate problems are solved! We feel blessed to have found her.

ZillowVERIFIED She sold our home in 2 days for over asking price. She knew exactly how to create a demand and executed a flawless one day showing. We ended up with several cash offers with no contingencies. The housing market was hot, but she knew exactly how to create a demand and harnessed a push for urgency. She's the best around.

ZillowVERIFIED We have know Meike since she worked with us to purchase this property in 2011. As a local expert and area resident, she delivers exceptional access to buyers and sellers in the area while having a keen eye for each property's attributes. Now working with her on the sell side, she has done a fantastic job of marketing, showing, negotiating and closing our sale. We did not live full time in the area and she went above and beyond taking care of details in our absence. She's The Best!

ZillowVERIFIED Meikes knowledge of the market, history, trends, and nuances, stand out in the field. Professional, high integrity, honest and fair are words we use to describe her from our years working together both as buyers and sellers. Developing long term relationships with her customers, rather than just the sale, is clearly her driving strategy.

ZillowVERIFIED I've attended numerous nearby open houses hosted by Meike MacGregor, and was impressed from a potential buyer's perspective. When it came time to sell our own home, Meike stood out among the other agents we interviewed for the international view that she took of the marketplace and for her international reach, for her astute knowledge of local conditions and comparables, and especially for her well organized business system. Meike's professionalism was head and shoulders above all the rest. But it didn't end there ... she was generous with her time and insights, considerate of our situation, and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I have had the pleasure of working with Meike on two separate home purchases and both times I have been thrilled with the outcome. She worked with my fiance and I until we figured out what we wanted in our home. We were lucky in that we quickly found and fell in love with our dream home. She fought hard on our behalf to get it for us and we could not be happier in our new home! Side note: even the former owners commented on how amazing she was and that they would love to work with her in the future.
