I highly recommend her services, and will work with Meghan again myself in the future. June 2016 Sale and Purchase Review: Meghan Pelley is simply the best agent I have ever worked with. period. This was my second time buying a house with Meghan as my agent, only this time the situation was very complicated. She coordinated the sale of my and my fiance's separate houses, and the purchase of our new home - that's right 3 transactions, 2 sales and 1 purchase! - all closing within 1 week of each other. We saved at least hundreds by not having to have the inconvenience and expense of temporary housing. That last week was hectic, but she kept a cool head and handled the chaos even when I myself was starting to get to stressed about it all. Being able to trust your agent and follow their advise knowing they are leading you correctly is priceless. Meghan was always on top of the ball, and went out of her way to show us houses as soon as a new one came on the market. It's not easy to buy in this market, and with two home contingency it's nearly impossible, but Meghan is an expert negotiator.
