ZillowVERIFIED Meghan has an unbelievable heart and commitment to serve. She listens well, is genuine in her representation of you and cares about the person just as much as the transaction. She has tremendous business acumen and knowledge of real estate. It would be a mistake to not use BlueWest Properties for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca was fantastic. I was looking for a realtor I could trust and I most certainly found that in Rebecca. We had some issues with my township requiring that I hook up to city water which forced a change in the contract. Rebecca handled this situation, and others that arose through the process, professionally. Rebecca made the whole process quite stress free.

ZillowVERIFIED Over the years we have used Meghan for multiple transactions. We are extremely fortunate that we found her. Meghan has always gone above and beyond our expectations. Meghan's professionalism, friendliness, promptness, negotiation skills, and knowledge are far superior to anyone I have ever met in the real estate business. West Michigan is extremely fortunate to have Meghan and Blue West Properties. If your considering listing with anyone other than Meghan, you're settling for less than the BEST!!! Thank you Meghan for that you have done for us over the years, we are truly grateful for all of your hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED For more than a year Rebecca worked with us to find houses in multiple cities in multiple neighborhoods, and to schedule viewings ASAP. That includes even working thru accepted offers that had to be rescinded after inspections showed defects that Sellers wouldnt revise. As someone who regularly brings many multiple visitors to the area I advocate for her service.

ZillowVERIFIED The best part about Meghan is she doesn't treat you as a sale. She knows that purchasing a home is a big decision and that every client's vision is different. In our case, our preference was to have only minor opinion input, but Meghan was by our side every step of the way and reacted instantaneously when we made our needs known. Meghan's knowledge of property value and presentation helped us exceed expectations when selling our home. I can say with certainty that we would not have sold so high without her expertise. Purchasing our new home came with contentious snags with the seller, which we personally barely felt as Meghan acted as an excellent liason to make our expectations known. The experience we had both selling and buying homes through Meghan was a pleasure all the way through. Don't settle for a family friend. Hire the best. Hire Meghan Heritage's BlueWest Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda worked around our old-age slowness and sold our house quickly. She always checked in with us to see if we were ready for an open house and offered advice on whether or not to paint. She found an interested buyer before an open house was scheduled! This turned out to be an easy process thanks to Amanda. Now we have closed on the house and can pay off the remainder for our by-in before the end of the year at our retirement place. And no more rent plus mortgage and utilities! I would happily recommend Amanda and BlueWest Properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor ever! Helped us to quickly find the right house for us, while LISTENING to our likes and dislikes. She listens really well, and I think that is an important quality in a realtor. We were never pressured or encouraged to spend over our small budget and I really appreciated that! She answered all of our many new home buyer questions, and was always quick to respond. We always felt like her top priority. We will definitely use her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Upon our introduction we were informed by her that the home we were initially looking at was her own and if we would be more comfortable we could work with someone else. We appreciated that honesty and continued to have a great interaction with Rebecca and BlueWest Properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Very down to earth, respectful, and friendly. Went out of her way to even help my wife and I paint to be able to close on time. I would give her a ten if they would let me.
