Friendly, informative, quick to get answers and went above and beyond to help us secure that home. She did everything, but in the end we werent able to obtain it.BUT Meghan wouldnt give up, she continued looking for homes for us the next several months. During COVID she continued and sent us the last listing we would look at. Arranged during difficult times for us to enter the home to view and make our decision. By the end of that day we had a deal. ???? Meghan kept in contact with us, the attorney, the realtor of the seller. Always answered the questions and calmed our concerns when they arose. Meghan was there through the entire process. When we were ready to sell our old home, Meghan was there to guide and support us every step. Listed our home on a Friday morning, scheduled viewings all weekend and Monday evening Meghan came with 12 offers, went over them with us and we were sold in 4 DAYS. Meghan is good at this and she has contacts and knows what is needed.
