ZillowVERIFIEDMeggan and her team couldnt have made selling our house any easier, and were nothing but exceptional to work with! Once we talked with her, we immediately knew she was the realtor we wanted to partner with. Meggan was high energy, all questions were answered quickly throughout the sales process, and she went above and beyond to help prepare our home to put it on the market. She coordinated contractors and cleaning companies, and assisted in tying up loose ends. We used her extensive knowledge of the market to price the house to attract buyers and get a sale. The home appraisal was spot on and the photos she listed were amazing! The communication from start to finish was fantastic. We had an offer in less than a week at the asking price! We were so pleased with the quality of the work and the expertise. Thanks for everything, Meggan. We would recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling a home. She is the absolute best!

ZillowVERIFIED Every home buying process has hurdles. To say ours had an abundant amount is still an understatement. Meggan was right there every time with enthusiasm and an answer. Even when we thought things were hopeless. She is knowledgeable and walked us through every step.

ZillowVERIFIED It was an absolute pleasure to work with Meggan! We appreciated her expertise and knowledge when it came to addressing the myriad of details of purchasing real estate which buyer and seller need to be addressed. Her checklist of next steps was a tremendous help along with lists of contact persons to address the various inspection details and completing final steps. Meggan was personable, friendly, professional, well organized, very accessible and made our purchase completely stress free. We highly recommend her service!

ZillowVERIFIED Meggan was essential in helping me secure a home without being on-sight. She responded to concerns and questions I had quickly and made me feel I was not doing this alone. Her positive demeanor makes a stressful process such a pleasant one!

ZillowVERIFIED Meggan was the perfect partner and guide for buying our first home! She helped us navigate the process and find our perfect home, all while being so easy (and fun!) to work with. On top of all that, we began searching for a home as the pandemic began settling into the US, and we couldnt have asked for a better, more flexible realtor through all this. Meggan was wonderful about working through email and video calls, helping arrange video tours and a socially distanced home inspection aEUR" and since it meant she couldnt be at our closing, she brought us pizza for dinner that first night in our new home :-D Meggan is the best. We dont imagine we will move any time soon as she helped us find a perfect house, but if we do, we cant wait to work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Quick to respond, reassuring, goes to bat for her clients. We had sold our house and bought a new house. Meggan was our realtor for both and we were fortunate to have chosen her with the stress of the situation.

ZillowVERIFIED I do not have the adequate vocabulary to express how grateful we are for choosing Meggan as our realtor! Despite set back, after set back, after set back from insurance companies, mortgage companies, and more - Meggan persevered to get our house sold! She always responded promptly. If she didn't know the answer immediately, she reached out to whomever was necessary. She always had a positive attitude. She truly was fantastic! Thank you, Meggan! You're a superhero!

ZillowVERIFIED Meggan is first very intelligent and personable. She was patient and kind as we changed directions numerous times. She was very clear about the entire process and highly professional. I believe we were able to sell our home at the highest possible price and find a new home with amazing value. She thoughtfully eased us through all the possible pit falls for a flawless negotiation for financing our new home and closing on both.

ZillowVERIFIED Meggan went above and beyond for us when we were looking for a house. She set up viewings in a timely manner and always stayed in contact and when we wanted to put an offer in she was able to get all the paperwork done that day.
