I knew Megan as a former colleuge so I had an idea of both her professionally and personally, but as a realtor I was blown away! As a first time home buyer Megan helped me from exploring my options and explaining the benefits, introducing me to a lender and then once approved sent me listings and created an easy schedule to follow. After looking at properties that made sense for my lifestyle and budget, we found a place from a friends of mine and she was able to write an offer without contingencies quickly and close within a month. During the process she helped answer my questions, spent a day exploring the new neighborhood with me and then was interactive with the inspections and contact with the builder and other agent. As a single new homeowner who hates to ask for help, Megan even helped a few hours pack from the old place helping me make the movers deadline, even unpack the following day. She still is checking on me as I am getting settled in a few days later. I found Megan both professional but supportive and personal making the whole process smooth and encouraging.
