ZillowVERIFIEDMegan was able to price our house so accurately, we got exactly what we asked for within one week of listing. We knew what was going on the whole time, even throughout any delays or issues along the way. I wouldnt pick anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Megan was wonderful! She was very friendly, helpful, & fast. From the time she showed us the house to signing was only about three weeks. If there was something we need done or needed to know she took care of it in no time. If you need someone to help you with buying a home I definitely recommend Megan Stevens.

ZillowVERIFIED Megan was wonderful. She stuck by me through the ups and downs of property hunting for over a year. She made sure I got the perfect property and didn't let me settle for a property that she knew I wouldn't be happy with in the long run.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I started with a different realtor other than Megan. one day our realtor couldn't meet us for a showing so she told us that Megan was going to be showing us the house. When Megan arrived she had a totally different attitude than our original realtor. She seemed to actually listen to our concerns and explained the home's details in a way that we, as first-time buyers, could actually understand. We were very impressed with Megan's knowledge of the home, the area the home was located in, and her ability to understand our wants. I still recommend Megan to my friends and I will use her again when looking for my next home.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer and not knowing anything, I definitely picked the right person. She is very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond, even answered my calls/texts while on vacation. She is amazing.
