Megan had a plan for representing our home to prospective buyers and executed that upfront. Her photography Cricket brought the property to life in photos. Between Megans social presence and realty connections we had seven showing in the first two days and two solid offers above asking within 48hrs of listing. We are old hats at selling homes being this was our 7th house sell and I can say without a doubt this was the easiest and best realtor experience. I suggest you do your research but give Megan at least a chance to represent you, she will not disappoint you. But please listen to her if she has suggestions. It is not all about the price with her and that was refreshing.
