Megan Mull. Professional and Ethical. Knowledgeable. One of the best realtors Ive ever worked with. I found her to be one of the hardest working realtors. She vigorously pursued leads on houses for me, getting them to me while they were still aEURoeComing SoonaEUR?. Megan is also good at keeping me grounded when we did look at houses. She listened when I told her what I was looking for and reminded me of my wish list when looking at different houses. When Megan went on vacation, she told me there would be a member of her team available to show me a house if I saw one I was interested in. One house came on the market, I emailed her and told her I wanted to see it. A time was set and a member of her team met me there. No fuss. No worries. People, this is probably the most difficult market for a buyer, but hands down, Megan is someone you can trust to guide you through buying or selling your home.

Megan helped my wife and I purchase our first home and she made the process extremely easy and low stress! She was very responsive and informative while accommodating to our busy work schedules. Throughout the whole process, she gave us honest advice and was able to answer many questions we had as first time home buyers in a competitive housing market. From putting in an offer to closing on the house, she coordinated exceptionally well with all parties involved (Seller's agent, inspector, lender, title company, etc.) which helped us to close on a tight timeline (29 days). We would definitely recommend working with Megan as it'll be a pleasant experience!
