ZillowVERIFIED Megan is a terrific real estate agent. We put our house on the market at a time the real estate market was rapidly changing. We had to be flexible. Megan did an excellent job of staying in front of these changing conditions and making sure we had good prospective buyers in front of us. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Megan did an outstanding job working with us on both the sale of our house and purchase of our condo. Thru her expert market analysis, we were able to set the perfect asking price on our home - which in turn resulted in 4 offers in the first 48 hours the house was for sale. And by her carefully monitoring new condo listings (which are super rare in our area), we were able to view and make a winning offer on the perfect condo within the first 8 hours it was on the market. Megan's local knowledge, real estate savvy and overall experience and professionalism are second to none!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Megan is the best. In the fast paced world of real estate you need a true pro, not someone who just sits back and unlocks doors for you. It took us two years to find exactly what we wanted and she was lockstep with our goals and quirks to help us. She is super connected to our community and has the smarts to know just how to finesse and fine tune the deal. With the many realtors to choose from Im so happy we were connected with Megan because she is a true pro. Wish there were six stars. . . five is not enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Megan was my wife?s first choice when it was time to sell Mom?s Townhouse. I contacted her and within minutes she returned our call and set up an appointment to view, strategize and appraise. I asked if it could be sooner and here she was vacationing in Canada and lining up her next weeks appointments upon return! She is a tiger, very attentive, easy to reach, very professional, no-nonsense, and relentless on the phone to get the process done. Her assistant Lisa a tremendous asset. A beautiful experience, wish my wife and I had more homes to sell! First Weber a Class Act!!
