With that said, my wife and I are not the type who commonly post reviews, instead we try our best to give feedback and recommendations in person. However when it comes to Megan and the phenomenal job she did with every aspect of the process of selling our family home of 26 years, and the fact that we moved out of state before it all started making our usual face to face method ineffective, we decided we needed to share our fantastic experience with Megan as our realtor to make sure that people know that she is absolutely the one you hope you find! Megan's long-term expertise with the industry, market, and the area was apparent from the very beginning and when you combine that with her perfectionistic focus and attention to detail, you truly get a realtor that sets everything up for success! One of the things my wife and I appreciated most was Megan's communication skills! Not only did she always communicate the status and what was needed during the entire process, Megan also handled all the contractor scheduling and quality control since we were unable to because we live out of state. During all of this, Megan still found time to patiently educate us on all the different components and requirements that are involved with selling a house all the way until the close of escrow which happened much faster than we expected! Megan has a true passion for her job and honest care for her customers that is extremely rare to find these days and her track record and reputation proves it! My partner and I knew nothing about the process of buying a home and Megan was extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. The current housing market is insane and at times it felt like we would never get a house, but Megan stuck with us the entire way and kept our hopes up! Eventually we did get a house and we could not be happier!! Megan always found time to show us the homes we were interested in and stuck with us through all the questions and issues! ZillowVERIFIED I don't even know where to start with the things I want to say about Megan and Dream Catcher Realty. I literally couldn't be more pleased that I chose her to sell my home. Right off the bat I just got a really good vibe from her and that was just the beginning. We had a quick deadline to sell our home and she stayed on it through a first escrow with a realtor that was just not responsive. Megan was able to secure another buyer and we closed on time! Ive lived, as a homeowner, in Placer and El Dorado counties for the past 22 years and have purchased, sold, and lived in 4 homes during that time. I used a different realtor for my first two experiences, and I can confidently state that as long as Megan is working in real estate and I am buying and selling property in this area, I will exclusively be utilizing her services from now on. In my experience, some transactions go smoothly and others have glitches. Megan handles the glitches with such an amazing amount of confidence and puts the client at ease with her calm but assertive demeanor. She will tell you the truth despite what youd like to hear, and always works with the utmost integrity with all parties involved in each transaction.
