She was incredibly fast in setting us up with appointments and answered our endless stream of questions with so much cheer and positivity. Review Simply put.... Megan is AMAZING! We were relocating, and met Megan quite by accident before we were ready to actually purchase. She impressed me at that first meeting. The second time we met her was again by accident, and she didnt fail to impress us at that chance meeting. So ... needless to say, when it came time for the actual move, there was no doubt who we wanted to work for us in our behalf. Thats when she REALLY revealed to us what an awesome person she is! She suggested beautiful homes that were within our price range and even pushed me to look at some houses that would not have been the ones I would have fist picked but one of them ended up being the perfect home for us! Needless to say, that was the beginning of something wonderful.One thing that makes Megan so wonderful is how she is there for her clients. And I mean, she is THERE for you. Review Let me start by saying Megan Enright is fantastic! I will start From the beginning to show you why. I used Mid Valley Homes website to view homes for sale and the following day Megan reached out to me with a phone call to introduce herself. I was living in Hawaii at the time and wouldnt be moving for at least 7 months. Megan stayed in contact with me that entire time, she was available for questions and would follow up to see where we were at with the process of moving. This really impressed me and I didnt even look for another realtor. Once we arrived in Oregon it took us some time to get ready to start looking at homes but Megan was patient and was ready when we were. She went out of her way to meet us after hours for our first consultation. She worked with us during her vacation and her typical response time was a few minutes. When we found our home there were some repairs that needed to be done. The owners didnt want to get bids for the work so Megan called 4 contractors to quote bids and met each one at the house. This would have been extremely hard for us due to work. One the quotes were done we used those to negotiate the repair addendum. Megan did an amazing job at helping us to get almost all of the money we were requesting for repairs. Due to Megans quick response time, willingness to work long hours, and listening to what we wanted, we are now closing on our home in just 25 days!I highly recommend Megan, she is great at what she does and I am happy to have chosen her to be our realtor.
