ZillowVERIFIEDMegan was amazing to work with, very knowledgable, and gave great advice throughout the home buying process. I would absolutely recommend 100%.As a first time home buyer she was able point out certain things that I may not have noticed and always made sure that I understood every step of the process so as not to miss important deadlines. She was very responsive and clearly did her research to tailor the experience to what I needed and was looking for.Megan made my home buying experience simple and pleasant and I will absolutely use her again in the future if I find myself in the market again.

ZillowVERIFIED There are so many good things to say about Megan that it's hard to know where to begin. The first thing to know is that she successfully found buyers for our home in a VERY short time. She was wonderfully personable and a great communicator who responded immediately to all phone, email and/or text messages. She was also impressively organized and extremely pro-active. She took lovely photos of each room in our house, the yard, and the neighborhood beach and had them up on the Zilliow site the same evening we moved out to depart for our location in another state. Within a few days, she also arranged for professional staging and photography; replacing the original photos with the new ones. She met on our behalf with a consignment furniture retailer. Most important of all, when faced with a variety of unexpected pre-closing challenges, she dug in deeper, and working relentlessly to make sure our closing went through as planned. (All with a remarkably positive attitude I might add!) She raised the bar for our idea of an exceptional realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Megan went above and beyond in helping me settle into our new home. It needed a lot of renovations and TLC; she was very knowledgeable of local contractors and suppliers. She even helped me discover the places to shop for food and things. I am French so this kind of help adjusting was greatly appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED I think of Megan as our superstar agent, we were buying from out of town (2016) and really did not know the area well. Megan took us under her wing and patiently showed us a number of properties in various neighborhoods; she explained the pluses and minuses of each. When we finally settled on a home she did a masterful job of the negotiations and we were able to buy well under asking. Once the deal was done she went out of her way to help us find the necessary contractors - she even bought a lock box so that they could get in the house. She is a real professional!

ZillowVERIFIED What impresses me about Megan is her technical knowledge of the real estate industry, her vast knowledge of the geographic area, and her use of media resources. Plus, she has a terrific sense of humor and is result driven. She was immensely successful in guiding my brother with finding his 'affordable' condominium in beautiful St. Petersburg.

ZillowVERIFIED Megan was very responsive to our needs when we decided to move into a single family home here in Florida. She patiently showed us many properties over more than a year until we found the home that met our needs. While we knew the area where we purchased our home, Megan provided very helpful additional information that made us more comfortable that we had found a great place to live. Additionally, she helped us find a competent home inspector and made great suggestions making the negotiation process very smooth. Most importantly, we would use Megan again and happily refer her to friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Megan as a neighbor when we first moved into the area. Not even knowing that she was a real estate professional, she soon became a good resource, advising us on how to meet our needs in the area. It came time to move and Megan was our choice. The process of selling and closing was painless. She knowledgeably and professionally sold and closed the deal. We highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Megan for 15 years and am also a realtor. I had to go into referral status several years ago and chose Megan for my referrals. I had a close friend who listed and sold her home with Megan and was loved working with her. Megan was very professional and efficient. I also had another friend who was just beginning to look at condos and Megan met with us in the middle of a Florida carwash downpour! I love working with her and recommend her to handle your real estate needs

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have known Megan for many years and we really cant say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, and incredibly generous with her time: including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months. We worked with Megan to sell our first home and downsize to a condo. She found a buyer and sold our home in 3 weeks at top dollar and was able to find us a condo in a new development on the water in less than 3 months. She is a true professional in all aspects of her job. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Megan is a fantastic realtor and an even better person. We have worked with her in the past and look forward to the next opportunity to work with her. It is rare that you find someone so competent who is also a better person. Her knowledge of our area is a definite plus. We live in NE St. Petersburg and will always seek her out due to her local knowledge, personality, perseverance and inherent skills. She would be successful in whichever endeavor she chooses to pursue, fortunately for us, it is real estate. Jeff Puffer

ZillowVERIFIED We have lived in the Largo area for over ten years, and first met Megan at an Open House she was holding in Harbor Bluffs. Since that time, she has helped us with ideas for our next move, and has given us that level of personal service that is rare these days. She is a pleasure to work with; a consummate professional who listens to your needs and will respond with sound advice. You can also count on Megan to give you an honest opinion on how to prepare your house for sale. She has a keen eye for detail.

ZillowVERIFIED As a local who grew up in the Tampa/St. Pete area, Megan's knowledge of each neighborhood, where to shop, etc. has been invaluable. I have just begun the search process and in my initial conversations with Megan, she has demonstrated that she truly wants to understand what my needs are, rather than pushing a property on me that I don't want. She is extremely professional, easy to work with.

She is very pleasant to work with, no high pressure, and clearly knows her market. Easy to communicate with and is always timely with an answer to any questions we may have. We are confident she will be able to locate the right property for us when the time is right. We wouldn't use any other agent now or in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Megan Bower about five years before my wife and I purchased our hone in Largo Florida. Since I knew Megan grew up in the area, it was an easy decision as to who we would select as our realtor when we decided to purchase a home. She knew every area like the back of her hand. When we gave her the parameters of our search, she knew exactly what areas would meet our criteria wth particular reference to price, size, and layout. She also warned us against purchasing a home that may have met our criteria, but was in a less than desirable neighborhood. She was extremely efficient and didn't waste our time. In less than 2 weeks we found a magnificent home and are extremely grateful to Megan.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Megan when we were trying to move from a rental home into a house in the same area. She did an excellent job of listening to our needs and finding them instead of throwing every house on the market at us. She actually helped us save about $25,000 in the purchase price. We have now been personal friends as well for the last ten years. Highest possible recommendations.Scott Cavell

ZillowVERIFIED Megan was great from the first email to me all the way through and even after the closing. She knows the area very well. She listened to what I wanted in a home and found me plenty of choices so that I could make my decision. Once I found a place that I liked Megan helped me negotiate a great price and worked hard to get the closing done on time and even provided me with financing and insurance companies as options. I would recommend her without reservation she was fantastic.
