ZillowVERIFIED Megans knowledge and experience in the local housing market allowed my family to sell our home in the time frame we needed to and at a fair price. We could not be happier with how easy she made the whole process!

ZillowVERIFIED Megan was extremely helpful at the open house. She made me feel comfortable and had an answer for every question that I asked. This was my first experience checking out a house and Megan made it extremely enjoyable. If you live in the area, I recommend getting in contact with Megan!

ZillowVERIFIED We honestly don?t know where we would be without Megan Barr?s expertise, guidance and support during the process of buying our first home! I found Megan online and chatted with her for weeks before deciding to buy a home. I knew that she was ?our? relator because she was so knowledgeable about the area and market. We happen to be a military family relocating from California to Wyoming. We decided to schedule a full week to visit and look at homes and low and behold, Megan cleared her ENTIRE week and scheduled it around US. She totally found our dream home!! During the closing process, Megan made the process so seamless and stress free. She kept us up to date on everything, we did not even have to contact her first about anything. Even after we had closed on our home, we still were not in the area, but Megan gave us piece of mind by checking in on our home and even configuring the sprinkler system for us (LOL). This was the largest purchase of our life and it was seriously the best experience I?ve ever had. She absolutely went ABOVE and BEYOND for us and we will be forever grateful! I would recommend Megan Bar 1000%!

ZillowVERIFIED I had very little interaction with Megan Barr because shes a Colorado realtor I believe. Im seeking a realtor in Cheyenne, Wyoming or Laramie County, Wyoming. Thank You for helping to find a Cash Investor realtor. Im learning how to Invest in real estate through Assignment of Contract and Back to Back Closings.

ZillowVERIFIED My knowledge of buying a home and the local housing market is nil. I'm a first time home buyer and Megan assured me with confidence that the process doesn't have to be stressful or daunting. She hasn't let me down one bit. She's funny, charismatic, and personable yet aggressive in the pursuit of finding the perfect home.
