I have worked with many brokers in the past and never have we had such an organized and coordinated effort. From the first day we met Megan by accident at an open house we felt comfortable. She was very approachable and wanted to help but not be overly aggressive. It was the casual refinement of her questions that inspired us to consider Los Gatos. (we knew how expensive it could be) Anyway Megan found a home in Silicon Valley on our second tour and most of them met most of not all our wants and needs with lots of room to grow. I remeber the day we walking in and saw the view from the newly renovated kitchen, my wife turned bright eyed and glowing and said " I feel Home!" With that I turned to Megan and said this is it what next? Megan said done and we closed within 20 days. Has to be a record in my experience. Megan and her team coordinated all the inspections, bids, estimates and kept pressure on our mortgage compay to meet our tight schedule so the sellers could capture their new home as well. When you are in the middle of such major life changes as buying and selling a home, you want to have someone on your side who is confident, calm, intelligent, details-oriented, intuitive, empathetic, and responsive to your questions and concerns. Megan brings all of those qualities to the table and much more. My husband and I decided, after a lot of thought, that we wanted to sell our home in Campbell and move to the Santa Cruz Mountains to raise our growing family. We did a lot of research on different areas and settled on one particular neighborhood that we felt would be the best match for our family. We knew that to make a competitive offer on a new home, we had to get our house in Campbell sold first. Megan was so organized in helping us to do all the things we needed to do to get our home listed quickly and looking amazing for potential buyers. In less than a week, we were listed and had an open house. Within a few days of being on the market, we had multiple offers well over our asking price. Megan helped us to sort through the multiple offers and details, counter them strategically, and ultimately make a choice for which one would be the best contract for us. Selling our house was much, much easier than I had anticipated and we were very happy with how smoothly the transaction went. Then it was time to focus on the next part, finding our new home. Because we had targeted such a small area to buy, and there was very little inventory at the time, Megan suggested we send out buyer letters to all the homes in the area. We were skeptical at first that it would work, but sure enough we received a couple of responses from homeowners and agents about homes that were coming on the market in the future. When we first visited the house that we ultimately bought, we knew it was the home for us and Megan helped us to write an offer and get into a contract with the homeowners before the home was on the market. She represented both us and the sellers in the transaction and helped keep things as smooth as possible. Although she was busy with other clients, we always felt like we were Megans top priority. She would respond to our phone calls, emails, and texts quickly day or night. We were particularly impressed by her ability to follow through and close the loop on all of the little questions and details. This is important because we couldnt possibly have kept track of it all ourselves and it made everything so much easier for us because she is so on top of it. Being this was our first time buying a home and with a baby soon on the way, we were pretty nervous about the whole thing. Megan was outstanding. She really listened and took the time to explain everything to us. We could tell right away that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right first home. She was very honest and dedicated through every stage of the process. It really put us at ease knowing we had a realtor that was so dedicated. Her creative thinking and knowledge of the local real estate market helped us purchase a home within walking distance of the beach here in Santa Cruz. Something we never thought possible. It was a foreclosure that had been in the market for a while, but when we were ready to put an offer in we learned there were already two on the table. We put an offer in hoping that maybe....just maybe it would be excepted. Thanks to Megan's guidance and diligence, our offer was excepted. The process of buying a foreclosure had its ups and downs, but with Megan's experience we were able to navigate them pretty smoothly. A year after purchasing the property, we found out we were able to refinance. We had no idea that was even possible. It was such great news. Megan again was really there for us and made recommendations of things we could do to help the house appraise well. In less than one year of moving into our first home we were able to refinance out of our FHA loan into a conventional loan. Our home had appraised for more than 80,000 more than what we purchased it for. None of this would have been possible had it not been for Megan and her hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED Honestly Megan changed my family's life. Like most parents with kids approaching school age, we were at a crossroads. Our neighborhood was nice, but the schools weren't great and only going down. The decision to private school or not weighed heavily upon us. Being all but under water in our existing home, we thought we had no options. Megan worked with us to crunch the numbers, figure out the options, our prioritized goals, helped us figure out what we should do. We ultimately used Megan to sell our home and buy our new one. It is worth describing both experiences in detail because they go to show she really is the full realtor package.We were very worried about selling our home as we close to underwater depending on the market. The market really was heating up, and Megan had a good sense of the (lack of) inventory and helped us decide to strike as quick as we could. In the matter of days she helped us figure out what needed to be done to get the house ready, helped us find contractors, and even a stager. In the end we felt like the stager wasn't worth the money and Megan herself stepped in. Instead of "renting" staging stuff from a stager, we used the same money to buy stuff Megan picked out to make our home look beautiful. We got so many comments on how great our staged house looked, and all the beautiful stuff is now residing in my current house. After an open house with countless people, we had 5+ offers. You would think it is easy smooth sailing at that point, but they all had their own risks and we were completely lost on which offer to go with and how to maximize benefit and limit risk. After a couple of counters, we accepted an offer thanks to Megan's intuition and guidance. Ultimately the buyers were awesome, Megan was right. In the end we got 20k over asking, accepted an offer within a week (after multiple counters)With the pending sale behind us we now had to figure out where to go. We didn't have a lot of down (thanks to being a wash on the sale) so our options were limited. We had a rough idea on the areas we were open to. Megan had lots of insights about the areas and most importantly which were great for us and our goals around school. We settled on an area which is amazing in every way (so amazing I want to keep it a hidden gem!..you'll have to ask Megan). We went all over the map in the area with Megan looking at countless homes. It was so refreshing to be able to get Megan's honest opinion about what workd for us, what was a good value versus not.
