Before I go into all the details of how awesome they are, I just want to start that our whole family loves them. Our three children run and hug her every time they see her. Team Howlett has helped us find our last two houses over the years. When my husband and I were new parents and looking for our first house years ago Meg took us step by step through every step of the way. She told us who to call and what to do, even coming to our tiny apartment multiple times after hours for us to sign paperwork. She is truly the Realtor Mom we should all have when buying a new house. ZillowVERIFIED Meg and Eric work with people who are down-sizing. I interviewed 3 agents and the reason I went with Meg is because she said, ?Please just move, that?s a big enough job. We were moving full time out of state with no need of current furnishings. She and Eric took care of everything. They got the auctioneer. (And when it didn?t all fit in the auctioneer?s truck, Eric loaded up his own truck, drove it to Monticello and finished the job! They arranged for the house to get cleaned. Since we were already out of state during closing, she hand carried proceeds check to my personal administrator. People need to know that they provide a service that nobody else does because they deeply care about their clients. A downsizing move is really tough, but they were there to make it easier. Im sure Meg and Eric can help some other people in similar situations. MEG MAKES THIS PROCESS OF SELLING A HOME VERY EASY. CANT RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I started working with Team Howlett (Meg and Eric) over 10 years ago when they sold the first home I had ever owned. I then had purchased an older home from family, but I knew I would need to downsize eventually. About three years ago, Meg and Eric came and looked at my family home, listing and prioritizing what would need to be repaired before I sold it. I felt that I had five to 10 years to start downsizing and make repairs, but I didnt know that fate had other plans.... Earlier this year, my brother mentioned there was a ranch condo for sale in the neighborhood where I wanted to move. Although it seemed a little early for me to downsize, Meg managed to get me a showing in less than 90 minutes. I went to look at it and loved it. Meg suggested key points to put in my bid so that it would have a better chance at being accepted. The sellers accepted my bid within 72 hours of me viewing the condo. While I went into a flurry of packing, I let Team Howlett handle just about everything for both the purchasing of my new condo and the selling of my family home. They had contacts for the needed repairs to spruce up as well as clean my old home. I moved into the condo and they staged my family home for free. We closed on my family home less than three weeks of my accepting the purchasers bid. I realize these timeframes may not be typical in the housing market, many things fell in place for me. Using their free service of home staging, guidance of renovations to complete prior to listing (provided in 2015), and bringing in the appropriate contractors for the final touches after my move undoubtedly allowed my house to sell for the price I wanted within just a few days. These items were essential for the sale of the house, but what impressed me most was the phenomenal customer service they provided before and (especially) after the sale. We needed to find a new home with more space to fit our family, but we?re not comfortable selling until we had the home we wanted (there weren?t many homes on the market this year that met our needs). Meg did not rush us or push us to buy something that wasn?t perfect for what we needed?unlike other realtors I?ve used in the past who just wanted to get the sale. She patiently brought us to many homes and prevented us from wasting time at homes she knew wouldn?t work for us. She really took the time to get to know us and our needs.
