Meeka is the realtor everyone hopes to find, but never does. From the day I met her, she stated that I would not paying asking price of the home I eventually purchased. She was firm with the selling realtor insuring all issues were addressed and dealt with in a timely manner. Meeka is responsive, knowledgeable, and has been in the industry for awhile to know many needed connections. While we were negotiating back and forth, she even took time to show us other homes, which were all homes we could consider buying if the home we purchased fell through. Hands down an excellent professional
