ZillowVERIFIED A few months ago I was assigned Meaghan as my agent for my search for a house. She put in a backup offer for me on a property I loved in case their deal fell through. During this whole process, I was barely contacted, and had to constantly reach out to her to take care of basic parts of the process. The other deal closed on the house, meaning my backup offer was moot. She never told me. She never contacted me again. I was ghosted by my agent. I've since been assigned a fantastic agent who gives me constant communication and finds me any answers I need. We're in the middle of a deal now. So glad for the switch!
