ZillowVERIFIED We moved from WV to TN. It was a process since we were so far away. Meaghan was attentive and even did some video walk through for us. We must have went through 15 houses with her and 30 more on Zillow but in the end we found our home. She made sure we were kept up to date and negotiated what we needed to make our home a reality! Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED Meaghan Baker was amazing! From beginning to end. She answered all my questions, helped guide me and gave me tips. She listened to what I wanted, instead of looking at the dollar amount. I drug her out to a dozen house and she never complained. I am a first time home buyer and the process was tough and nerve wracking. I am very thankful I had her help.

ZillowVERIFIED Meaghan Baker is the best agent that we could have ever asked for in becoming first time home owners. She is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and we learned a lot from her in regards to the real estate market, loan process, and what to look for as new home owners. She was always available for us, whether it was a call, text, or email on a weeknight or on the weekend. The best part is that Meaghan truly represented us as buyers and always acted in our best interest. After we finally found the house that we loved, there was a long period of negotiations because of issues in the inspection and appraisal on the house. Meaghan fought for us every single step of the way. I'm writing this review of Meaghan from the new house and it wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for her. We have a lot of gratitude for what Meaghan has done for us and highly recommend her as an agent. She will lead you through the home buying process and be there for any (and I mean any!) questions along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Meagan Baker was amazing. my wife and I where looking to buy a house and I found her, her willingness to help me or answer my questions day or night weekday or weekend was a selling point for me on her. her knowledge of the houses and type of houses we were looking at was extremely helpful. she would look at any house we found to look at anywhere, she was also finding homes for us to look at in our price range and areas we where interested in living in. she never pushed us to buy anything, never felt pressured and she had my family's best interest in mind. she didn't push me into a more expensive home then I was comfortable with. I would and do recommend her to my friend ,to my family and to anyone looking for a great realtor. she is more then just a great realtor she is a great person .
