Buying my first home was TERRIFYING but Meagan stepped in, took the reins and helped me not only find a home but get SO MANY wonderful deals within the home buying process. She walked me step-by-step, she answered every question I had (no matter how crazy or stupid) and made this process so easy and downright enjoyable. I think if i had worked with any other relator I would have lost 20lbs from the amount of stress and worry I would have carried. Not with Meagan! Stress was not knocking on my door with her around. Love it! Please do yourself a favor and choose her when you're ready to home shop because she is WONDERFUL at her job!!

ZillowVERIFIED Meagan did an outstanding job from the beginning with good advice on how to price the house. After we agreed to work with her, arrange the marketing strategy to move it. Pictures were taken and placed on many digital services to advertise it. She held multiple open houses, because the market was difficult. Houses were not moving well; it was clearly a buyer's market. After several weeks activity slowed, so she recommended a slight price decrease. After more open houses, the house drew and offer. She skillfully guided us through the negotiation process and eventually sold the house. It was always a pleasure to work with her. Her advice was always timely. She has my unqualified recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED From one customer focused professional to another, I dont say this freely. The level of quality that Meagan pours into her clients is by far rock star standards. Ive known Meagan for 13 years as we previously worked together in a different industry. I had a terrible loss with a home years ago and have rented ever since. It has been one of my biggest fears to conquer again. As I was planning a relocation, this dilemma went on for 8 months. I reached out to Meagan middle of June 2023 and two months later, we found the house. To say I kept going back to the comforts of renting (my safety net) is an understatement. Meagan (along with my daughter) would not let me give up. She did not present as a typical realtor one would experience and in my years as I have been in the real estate/management world myself in various roles since 2000. She was an excellent communicator and above all 5 stars in every aspect of her role. I know how tough this market is right now and to say many miracles happened along this process from the search, financing, negotiating, and closing process as she handled all the stress and I continued with a neutral mentality as if it was meant to be, it would be. I have cried more happy tears in the last few weeks than I have in a long time; moreso the release of the fear I held onto for so long. If you are in the same boat I was in, dont give up, please contact Meagan. There are so many options out here in financing with little to no money down. Stop waiting for interest rates to fall. You have to date the rate and marry the house! Interest rates will fall again and youll be able to refinance.
