Pam did and excellent job for us from start to finish during the process of purchasing a piece of land as well as selling our home! Throughout everything Pam kept in constant communication as well as had an answer for any and all questions we asked about the process. Her knowledge and expertise of the market and the process helped us to make the right decisions on everything involved. Pam helped to make the process of buying land and selling our home very easy and ensured that things moved along smoothly and without any issues. Theresa is an amazing woman & Realtor. My husband Jim and I and our daughter were amazed at her knowledge of Delaware. We knew nothing about Delaware as we were coming from Center City Philadelphia.
