She knew we wanted to relocate in our same community and contacted us to see if we were interested in this house she sent us. Within a week of us seeing this house, Mayra put our house for sale. On the same day our house went live she did a couple of showings and one of those families went into contract to buy our house. Right away too, she got us in contract with our now, new house. Everything went smoothly being that Mayra makes sure your buying/selling experience is the best as it can be! Towards both of our closings it got a little scary due to covid-19 but Mayra went above and beyond to make sure both closings and anything else that needed to be done were safe for all the families involved. Once again Mayra Pinero outdid herself in the way she took care of us. You get the best of both worlds as she is professional and takes care of you as if you are family. If you are a first time buyer with Mayra you won't feel lost, she'll help you get quotes with movers, insurance companies, etc. Just like the first time we worked with her, after the closing she still followed up to make sure we were ok in our new home and we had everything we needed. If you need a realtor that is on top of her game and has the best interest at heart for you she is your girl. You will not regret your decision and you will have a very good experience because if she made everything smooth for us while covid-19 was at it's worst there is nothing that can stop her from making your sale happen or buying a new home.
