The seller must make their home inviting to all kinds of people and culture. I recommend decluttering and taking down personal photos and religious items. You want people to see themselves living in that home.

I have worked with first time home buyers as well as seasoned investors. I have also listed rehab properties, condo,villas and single family homes.

I recently worked with a family, that included four generations of women buying a house for the first time. We looked for quite sometime until we found the perfect place! They were so very delighted. Comes to show its never to late!

I have always had an interest in real estate. I took the leap of faith as my new year's resolution and signed up for the course. Took my test and voila!

My background is in marketing and business management. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University. I get to use my marketing skills for client prospecting and selling homes.
