ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely no stress or worry in buying my home. Mayra kept my best interest up front and center at all times. She advocated for me on prices, repairs after inspections and was able to save me a ridiculous amount of money in closing costs through a provided lender. I am definitely referring her to anyone in the market to buy or sell any property in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Mayra CalderonWas a pleasure to work with in the adventure of selling our parents home. She is very professional throughout the process. From the beginning with her presentations of what she and her team could do for us. Including finding local contractors to help with the corrective needs of the house, finding the right buyer for the property, to the last-minute negotiations to finalize the deal.Mayra was always available to us and easy to talk with. The thing I appreciated the most about Mayra was, she did everything we asked of her. Even when it extended the search for the right buyer for this property.Thank you Mayra for your help and success with this adventure!

ZillowVERIFIED Mayra was so helpful, we were able to purchase a home from overseas and was always available for any calls we had. She kept in contact every step of the way to include after the closing date, she endured that the house was clean and presentable the date we got home. After we got to the states she stopped by to make sure we had moved in, settle in.

ZillowVERIFIED She asked for an opportunity to sell the house within 90 days and she did it. When there were findings in the house inspection, she actively worked to resolve them in my absence (I live out-of-state) finding local businesses offering fair prices. The solutions were acceptable to both, seller and buyer. Great interpersonal skills.
