He was early to all appointments and thoroughly answered all questions with each step of the buying process. I never had to chase him for anything. Max was quick to offer help, no matter what the need may be and even after closing was helpful with recommending contractors, whether I needed an electrician or handyman etc. He even contacted them to let them I would call them, and they usually reached out to me before I had the chance to call them.
