Ive worked with Max four times now. I originally bought my condo in downtown Stamford through him back in 2017 off a recommendation, and hes been my guy ever since. Most recently, he helped me sell that same condo 9 years later. His experience really shows throughout the process. Hes an expert when it comes to marketing, pricing, and knowing what actually matters versus what doesnt. When little things come up (which they always do), he knows exactly how to handle them without overcomplicating anything.
