We did several walk throughs of houses in our search for ?the one? and Max knew everything?. He walked us not only through the house but around the properties as well and explained the foundation, chimneys, siding, water drainage, any pest damage, and position of the house on the property. He knew the age of the house, whether anything had been updated, redone, added on?everything. He pointed out anything he found concerning, anything we might find concerning but really wasn?t, and any question we had, he had an answer to. His secretary Ashley was very nice and was fast with getting back to us on any concerns or questions. We worked with a few of his staff and they were all knowledgeable about the properties they were showing us. ZillowVERIFIED It is my pleasure to write a Zillow review for Max Castrogiovanni. We approached Max in June of 2020 in hopes that he could find us a Townhouse/Condo to purchase. Max worked with us on many different occasions, showing us several properties in Farmington Woods, as well as some stand alone properties. He was always prompt, professional and equally important extremely personable. After the 5 or 7th showing, we finally figured out what we did not want and he honed his senses on what would make us happy. We got a call one afternoon about a wonderful opportunity at Rivermead and met him for a showing that night at 7:30 pm. it proved to be most fortuitous and within 10 minutes I said to my wife, lets put an offer down, and Max guided us through the process seamlessly. The offer was accepted shortly after and we closed on July 31st. Throughout the entire process we became very extremely comfortable with Max and struck up a nice relationship. To celebrate the closing we all went to Toro Loco and enjoyed a wonderful meal. I highly recommend Max to anybody looking for a property in the Farmington/Avon and surrounding areas. During a period of time when homes were being snatched up immediately by people from out of state, he was 100% successful in accommodating our needs and wishes which resulted in a perfect new home.
