ZillowVERIFIED I came to Max with an unusual requirement. I wanted to buy into a specific condo complex in Wailea within a set timeframe--because it was a 1031 exchange. Honestly, I wasn't too optimistic, since there were no acceptable units in my price range for sale. But, Max reached out through his extensive local network and found me a fixer-upper unit that was not on the market. The unit was a perfect fit, since I could both afford and improve to unit to my taste. I don't doubt that I wouldn't have had nearly as successful a purchase without Max! We are first time sellers who listed during the beginning of Covid 19 so needless to there was much uncertainty going into it. As was the case when purchasing our condo, Max handled everything better than we could have imagined.
