Mavis Kohn

I'm a Fairbanks-area RealtorA(R) with Team Colom at Somers Sotheby's International Realty, helping buyers and sellers navigate the Interior Alaska market with clarity and confidence.

I'm known for being patient, responsive, and easy to talk to, especially with first-time buyers or anyone feeling overwhelmed by the process. I break things down step by step so you always know what's next.

I also specialize in military relocation, working with service members and families PCSing to Fort Wainwright and Eielson Air Force Base. From VA loans to remote purchases, I help make the transition to Alaska as smooth as possible.

If you want clear communication, steady guidance, and someone who truly has your back, I'm here to help.
