ZillowVERIFIED Mauricio did an excellent job selling our house, taking full ownership of our need on selling it. He gave us good advices to prepare the sale. He used every possible resource at RE/MAX and other ad agencies to get a lot of people to see our house and sure enough, a lot of people came and eventually we got a good offer on the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Mauricio did an amazing job. My husband is deployed and I'm full time college student and employee so I have a lot on my plate. He did everything in his power to help me through everything. He was patient and spent all the time I required to find my home. He has great relationships with lenders and even helps you find businesses for home repairs. I will use him again and always recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Mauricio is truly the best realtor we could have asked for. He did an amazing job helping me and my family of 6 look for our forever home. ZillowVERIFIED Our situation was not ideal and selection was very limited on what we qualified for. Mauricio was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We raised a LOT of questions and concerns. He found us exactly what we were looking for and made sure we understood everything before he presented any documentation for us to sign. We definitely recommend using him for your next home buying experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Mauricio Pierrott goes above and beyond in the field of real estate. I found him to be patient with my seemingly never-ending questions, never showing us a house above our budget - A huge plus in our book. He is every knowledgeable, informative, professional and still personable, above all very honest! These are all things that I am sure make him such a great real estate agent and what my grandparents would call "a good person"; A high compliment in theirs and our book, It's been a pleasurable journey thanks to Mauricio.

ZillowVERIFIED Mauricio went over and above in helping me with the process of buying my home. Mauricio even helped me find a mortgage company to help with the loan. He truly cared about my purchase and had the things repaired that needed to be and he made everything so smooth and easy. I would have no problem referring Mauricio to any of my friends or family who could use his service; in fact I joked with him and said he was so impressive that when I retire I will go to work for him. I would consider Mauricio as a good friend who treats you just like that! A friend

ZillowVERIFIED Mauricio helped us tremendously in selling our home. He was upfront and honest on what to expect during the whole process specifically with regards to setting a realistic asking price. This allowed us to get an offer within 10 days of the house being listed. Also, he made recommendations on what we needed to update/refresh in the house to make it appealing to buyers and recommended his contacts to perform the work in 2 weeks time. He was always available for questions and helped out in any way he can. To top it all of, he even took care of having the house professionally cleaned before the new house owner moved in. Overall, it has been an absolute pleasure to have worked with Mauricio. My wife and I were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that he afforded us. We could not thank him enough for making this experience stress free and for delivering us what he promised from the onset. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for assistance in the real estate field.

ZillowVERIFIED We were blessed with an incredible opportunity to take our children home to my hometown, and extended family. Our Nevada home was in various states of upgrade and due to the nature of a special-needs child's struggles had been overcome with boxes and piles of items that, of necessity, had to be removed from many of the rooms of our home. The thought of trying to finish all the half-done projects before listing was overwhelming until Mauricio came. He coordinated finishing projects like drywall repair and organized for flooring to be replaced and painting to be done. He took all that off our plate so we could concentrate on moving our family home. He coordinated with our realtor on the other end of our move and helped with clarifications regarding the purchase of our new home too. He understands real estate well yet explains it in laymen's terms so we could understand clearly the process and how it would play out. He was absolutely wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED Mauricio had the knowledge we were looking for as out-of-state buyers to confidently shop from California. We believed we knew what we were looking for, and Mauricio was patient about listening to what we wanted and guiding us away from problem areas, respectfully. Finally, he was very responsive to us as California Zillow customers when we had questions. As a result of his market knowledge, we were able to find the home we wanted in a single day of physical house hunting.

ZillowVERIFIED We are very happy with the Pierrott team who helped us sell our property in Carson City. We ran into an unexpected problem where buyers loved our home but did not like the neighbor's property across the street and therefore it took a little longer than expected to sell. Mauricio and Jennifer were always willing to brain storm new ideas and take our input into consideration. Together we got our home sold in an acceptable timeframe. This team is knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. Working with the right agent makes all the difference and we feel was crucial to getting our home sold. We will highly recommend Mauricio and his team to family and friends buying or selling real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Mauricio is determined, and aggressive selling a home. In aggressive, I mean by marketing, sharing the home and its sellable attributes via the internet and other outlets. I loved the drone and the pictures that were taken of our property and the outside of the house as well. An excellent real estate experience.
