ZillowVERIFIED Mauricio really went above and beyond for me and my husband. This is the third realtor we have worked with and no one compares to him and his work ethic! Not only did his incredible negotiation skills get us an offer on our condo ABOVE asking price (when other agents said we wouldnt come close), but he somehow managed to keep the deal alive on our new home despite the sellers agent constantly threatening us with termination of the contract. These past three months most certainly gave him new grey hairs, but in the end, we were able to close on our old condo and our new home on the same day with a larger net profit than either of us expected. He got 11 groups out, and we literally got an offer 2 hours after the open house. It was below asking and Mauricio suggested to counter at full asking because the offer came in so quick. I followed his advice and the buyer accepted! ONE day on market. We closed with no problems!His strategy to not wait til after the holidays to list, coupled with a great marketing tactic of partnering with a lender to give away a free TV at the open house in order to drive traffic, and also quick and confident negotiating skills made this an easy and hassle-free sale for me.
