ZillowVERIFIED Searching for a home in this market felt like a fire that couldn't be tamed. Working with Maurice, we were met with warmth, empathy, and the ability to obtain the confidence needed to continue searching. After a year of searching with Maurice, we went through attorney review on three different properties. After saving us on the first two after disastrous deals established by the sellers' agents, our third review went incredibly smoothly. During the process, we appreciated how Maurice was extremely knowledgeable regarding our real estate needs. With that knowledge came the power to act. My wife and I had an agent who could fight for us, and fight he did. There's only so much one can do when an offer is declined. Still, the amount of options given to us to increase our chances of finding the home of our dreams gave us the confidence to continue searching until we landed a home we've been a part of for almost half a decade now. We couldn't have done it without Moe. Although Moe is a very good friend of mine, bias from friendship is non-existent in business. My family is extremely thankful regularly for the amount of work Maurice has done for us behind the scenes. If you truly want an agent to fight for you, go the extra mile, but still feels like a friend you can trust, I couldn't recommend him more. My words are minute regarding his effort as an agent. ZillowVERIFIED As Administrator, I had to sell a coop studio in NYC but I live in Boston. A great friend and realtor recommended Moe Molcho. He did a multifactorial FMV assessment that priced it accurately as the three subsequent appraisals the board requested confirmed it was priced right. Moe was able to speak to anyone that needed an understanding of the market situation and helped me navigate through the byzantine bureaucracy of NY coops. He always kept a positive outlook and was courteous, personable, and responsive. We were able to quickly get an offer and just closed on the sale despite the COVID times and interest rate obstacles.

ZillowVERIFIED I used mourice to rent my home for a summer rental.I had the house under renovations up until the last minutes and could only make it safely available for viewing about two weeks before the move in date.He thought my offing price was in the right range and it seemed like he had the right tenants in mind when he was first able to see the house. Once available for viewing within 2 days he brought two offers in my price range and we settled with a lovely young couple with a new born baby.Since the construction was pretty much being completed on the move in day the house need a good cleaning and Maurice was able to put together some people to help me get the house cleaned up. That was a great help!Maurice continues to stay involved with me as we move forward on trying to set up the winter rental or annual rental and has already got me a few prospects.I would highly recommend him to anyone and have myself many times already.
