We were able to see a dozen houses within a week, and each showing he gave his honest input and opinions on how the home would benefit or hold back our small family. I have to mention, not once did he complain, or make us feel rushed, and we were a handful! We got an offer accepted on our house within two days because of his promptness and charisma when dealing with the selling agent, and that alone were grateful for because its unheard of! Id recommend him for anyone in the area because his skill set is unmatched and hes made buying our first home for our family a breeze.

Maurice entered the picture and I couldn't be more happy that he did. He took the time to explain everything to me, walk me through the home buying process and, showed my what felt like hundreds of homes... all with a smile on his face. Maurice is the type of person that will answer any questions you have, no matter how trivial they may be in the big scope of things. You can tell this guy loves doing what he does for a living. He understood that I am not the type of person who could just go out and buy a home. I would have to go home and think about it for a day or two, sometimes this meant the house was gone by the time I was ready to make an offer, but he continued to work side by side with me. He let me know that when the perfect house came along I would know...sure enough he was correct. Maurice takes the time to get to know you as a person and what your dreams for a home are, he will then find you that home. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new home.
