ZillowVERIFIEDI have used Maureen 2 times for a purchase and 1 time for a sale. She is attentive and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff. We sold our first home in hutto and she helped with the build we did in round rock.

ZillowVERIFIED Maureen and AC are great. They have completed three transactions with them now and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their expertise in the process was instrumental in our most recent transaction moving as well as it did.

ZillowVERIFIED Bottom Line. You want Maureen and AC on your team when buying or selling your home! No doubt! Their professional, hands on approach along with upfront, open, honest and (for me) daily communitation... set my mind at ease. I needed to navigate this crazy market while being stationed (Go Army!) several states away. THEY ARE the BEST in the business... I promise!

ZillowVERIFIED Maureen, and AC Rooker have been in Hutto and resident experts long before the boom. Now, if you ask for an area realtor or agent you will get all kinds of recommendations, but if you want someone who was there before it was cool A.C. & Maureen are the only choice. They are extremely personable, and real local people.

ZillowVERIFIED Maureen Thibodaux Rooker I just wanted to tell you how much I LOVE my home. 21 years ago, this month, you showed it to me. It wasn't even on the market, it was a "she might want to sell thing". I've had so much fun learning ALL these home improvement things. Thank you for helping people find their homes! Love ya and keep on smiling.

ZillowVERIFIED Maureen, AC and their staff are the best. If you are moving in the area and need to sell your home call them first! Their #1 reputation is well deserved, they work hard and make sure the customer is well taken care of. I did not want to go the traditional listing route due to the whole pandemic issue, they made the process as painless as possible and the house sold fast.

ZillowVERIFIED AC & Maureen,Did a great job selling my property in Manor. This was all done long distance, so I never had an opportunity to meet them face to face, but all of our phone calls and electronic communication was on a very professional level. To make things more difficult this was done at the height of the COVID impacts, but everything moved smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED My family had to put our house up for sale and move in 1.5 weeks. Maureen and her team acted quickly to handle numerous jobs to get our house ready to sell because we had moved out of state. With all the stress involved in a quick move I could relax knowing that our home back in Texas was in good hands and everything was being taken care of...Thanks Maureen and Team.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Maureen and AC to sell our Texas house was a good one. They were enthusiastic about helping us sell and provided good guidance through the process. AC helped us understand what changes were necessary ones to implement in order to sell our home and had a very good sense of the technical details. Maureen was proactive in advertising our home to potential businesses that were re-locating in the area on top of the various MLS listings she is associated with. I would highly recommend using their team to sell a home!!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot day enough about Maureen & AC Rooker. They had more confidence in the sale of our home than I did!!! Maureen is so easy to connect with! I felt like she was my friend, instead of my agent. She is so positive & not only did they get us a full price cash offer, we had it on day 2! They made the closing process the easiest we have ever had. We love you guys! Thanks for covering for us while we were on vacation in Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Maureen for helping us sell our home. Our home was not on the market just yet. Maureen had just put a sign up that said "Coming Soon", and on the same day another realtor was prospecting for their clients. They asked if they could walk our home and said "YES", while the realtors where in our home, they were taking to their clients, that same day in the evening the realtor and her clients came to our home and they LOVED our home. Next day we were under contract. AWESOME! Thank you AC and Maureen yall are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second house that Maureen has helped us buy and the house we just sold was the first one that she did for us. She and her team are fantastic. They bend over backwards to assist you on your real estate journey and never failed to answer questions about the selling part or the buying part. I can and do highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Maureen was so helpful with our purchase, we sincerely feel without her help we would not have been able to accomplish our goal of owning this building. She's in the "know how" of how to get you where you need to be. We are very impress with her skill set, which, goes beyond RE and into town zoning and permits etc.

ZillowVERIFIED Maureen and AC Rooker know the area well, understand the market and are sincere and honest advocates for their clients. We have bought and sold several homes with them. We know that they will always be in our court to ensure that we are not taken advantage of and will fight for our best interests under all legal and regulatory parameters. If we are off base with our expectations, they work with us to ensure that we set realistic goals given market factors while still maximizing our investments and returns.

ZillowVERIFIED Maureen and AC are experts in their field and have the knowledge needed to service client needs in the Williamson County area. Being chosen multiple times for outstanding achievement in the industry by their peers says so much in an industry flooded with agents. Purchasing or selling can be a stressful adventure. This team knocks it out of the field to keep their clients in the loop through the process. We were very pleased with how they handled the sell of our home. They went above and beyond and for that we are eternally grateful.
