She helped me determine what needed to be done, and provided referrals for workmen when I needed one. After just one weekend of showings, which she negotiated with 2 tenants, I was able to accept a good offer in just 3 days. At the last minute (6:30pm the night before the closing!) the buyer came up with an unreasonable request. She worked closely with my attorney and the buyer's agent, and negotiated an agreeable alternative without my having to intervene. She showed great attention to detail, and helped to get the deal done expertly and efficiently.

Originally it was listed and received negative feedback based on the condition of the roof. We could have settled for a lower amount but decided to unlist it, hire a roofing company to do a complete tear off and re-list it.We ended up doing better than what we could have settled for if the roof hadn't been replaced even after the cost of the new roof is considered.Her feedback and patience helped us in getting the deal done. I can say with confidence that Maureen is the most conscientious and accommodating real estate professional I've ever worked with. I am currently disabled, which has made getting to/from places very difficult as I cannot drive, and navigating properties very hard as I am mostly wheelchair-bound. Maureen never hesitated once to work around my doctors appointments, or ride availability, and scheduled things to accommodate the fact that I cannot manage long outings. She is incredibly personable, professional, knowledgeable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about each of her clients as an individual and not just a transaction. I cannot say enough about her! There was never pressure to buy and we never received suggestions to view homes outside of our budget or missing essentials for us. The home we bought had been dramatically reduced just before we put in an offer so I can not say I am familiar with Maureens negotiation skills when dealing with the cost of the home. However, Maureen negotiated an electrical issue the home had with the seller and got us exactly what we had hoped for! I am incredibly thankful to have found Maureen and plan to use her if we ever need more real estate!

Her knowledge of my neighborhood was far and away, more proficient than that of any other realtors that I interviewed.I took a year before putting my house on the market, researching who would be the best to sell it. Maureen was light-years ahead of the others. Her pricing was dead on target, where the others wanted to price it way too high. Her customer service is the cornerstone of her success. For example, while I was interviewing her, a plumber stopped by my house to see if I would need to replace my drainage system in my front yard. It turned out he only had to root it out. He could have charged me several hundred dollars to replace the pipe, but only charged me less than $80 for the rooting, and was quick and efficient at it. When Maureen found out, she hurried out to get his card so she could tell future customers about his work and honesty, in case they needed such services. I soon learned she had many resources that she could call on to help her customers get the best job done at the lowest cost.In preparation for selling my house, Maureen staged it at absolutely no cost to me. She replaced the furniture, carpets, and pictures, then told me what other things I could do to improve my chances of selling it. She also made herself available at any time, by text or cellphone for any questions or concerns I might have.When she held the open house for my home her incredible marketing skills came to the forefront. Upon my return home, the neighbors informed me that there were so many people that attended the open house, that there was no place to park on either side of the street in any direction. My house was on the corner of a four-way. During the negotiations, the buyers wanted me to have my chimney inspected, replace all the electrical outlets in the kitchen, garage, and outside, along with having a mold test done that wasnt required. Thanks to Maureens negotiating skills, I didnt pay for any of it, she sold my house for more than what it was listed for, and we closed early. If youre lucky enough to get Maureen as your realtor, you are in the best hands possible!
