I work with all types of clients and price points, but about 80% of my business comes from sellers. Each situation is unique — every person has a story and a reason for moving. Understanding their why is essential. My goal is to meet clients exactly where they are, guide them through the process with empathy, and help them achieve the outcome that best fits their next chapter.

I once worked with a first-time buyer who had been renting for 14 years. He was a college professor who had saved carefully and wanted to find the right home, even in a fiercely competitive market. We lost the first property, despite matching the winning offer, but I reminded him that the right home always comes along — and it did. The next house we found exceeded his expectations, and together we negotiated an exceptional deal. Our patience and persistence paid off, and watching him finally get his dream home was incredibly rewarding.

Real estate has always been part of my life — my mom built a successful career in the business, and I grew up watching her negotiate deals with confidence and care. After years in management at Johnson & Johnson, traveling constantly, she encouraged me to give real estate a try when the time was right. She knew how much I loved advocating and negotiating on behalf of others. Her mentorship and example continue to inspire how I serve my own clients today.

I love the art of negotiation. Over the years, I’ve completed extensive coursework in negotiation across multiple industries, and I bring that skill to every real estate transaction. My priority is always to protect my clients’ best interests and to advocate for what matters most to them. A large part of my business involves helping seniors who are rightsizing into new communities. After living in a home for decades, the process of selling and moving can feel overwhelming. It’s deeply rewarding to guide clients through that transition with patience, empathy, and expertise. I know that one day I’ll want someone to offer that same care to me — to advocate when the decisions feel heavy. That sense of purpose makes this career profoundly fulfilling.
