ZillowVERIFIED Maureen Culp is the Best Realtor we have had bar none. We have used other realtors throughout the years and none equaled her level of initiative and dedication to her job and client. She was immensely helpful in helping us get the right tradesmen or repairman when repairs were required during the sale of our home. We live in Florida, approximately 1150 miles from the home we were selling in Union Pier MIchigan. She had approx 4-5 showings in the first 6 weeks after the home went on line ( internet) and an offer about1 month and 11 days later. All in the middle of winter with 8-12 inches of snow at one point during this period. She kept us informed of showings and when repairs were needed. We love Maureen and will use her again when we decide to sell our other home in Union Pier. She exemplifies ? Top of the Line Realtor?.

ZillowVERIFIED Most people think that RE agents just find a buyer. This is wrong. The deal isnt over until the RE closing. Maureen was amazing through the entire process. She helped at every stage of the process from contract negotiation, appraisal, inspection, and closing. When we had to move out of the house, Maureen even chipped in physically moving the furniture. ZillowVERIFIED We had hired other high-end brokers to sell our Lake Michigan property, but Maureen far exceeded their performance. She actually marketed the property, We had a difficult situation since we rented our property by the week so she could only show it on Saturdays or by permission. When we got a viable offer, she advised us during negotiations. We trusted her completely, and she proved her professionalism over and over. We were living elsewhere, so she had to arrange for a survey, water test, septic system inspection, roof repair, etc. She even spent a Saturday digging through our house files to find a lost permit! She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. We didn't know brokers came like her anymore! We recommend her absolutely, with no reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED If my wife and I had to sum up our experience with Maureen in one word it would be AMAZING! Being an out of town buyer purchasing a 2nd home, you really need someone to be your eyes, ears, and on your side; especially with a bank owned property. Maureen was that and more. She had lots of local contacts for home inspection, pest inspection, HVAC, Electricians and was so helpful in coordinating everything throughout the purchasing process. She even helped keep our bank in line and pushed so hard for a timely close. Her advice was honest and unbiased when we needed help with the offer process once we'd found a home. We are so pleased to have met Maureen and are extremely greatful for everything she did for us. We only hope we are as fortunate finding a realtor when it comes time to sell our home in Chicago :)
