    Matt knows the Lake Erie Shores and Islands real estate market very well and is a long time real estate professional. There is a wide variety of real estate in the area were were looking and we were unsure of the type of home we should consider. Matt was knowledgeable and patient but never steered us. With internet sites providing listing information, we were able to save a lot of time narrowing our search. Matt was patient taking us around the places we were interested in but never steered us to one property over another.
