ZillowVERIFIEDMatthew Thomas has been outstanding the entire time during our buying process. He provided us with valuable tips in what to look for when we viewed several homes. Timely updates regularly kept us informed of the status each step of the way through closing. He continued to assist me afterwards with coordinating a handyman and going out his way to meet floor installers prior to my actual move. Hes a top notch Realtor you can count on I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. A+ rating in every category.

ZillowVERIFIED As a family newly relocated from another state, putting our trust in Matthew was the best decision we've done. He is patient, very responsive and has an outstanding knowledge of the industry. When we found our dream home, he provided honest advice and guided us from start to finish to ensure the house would be ours. He is an excellent realtor and a great person!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Matt Thomas for two different transactions. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Matt helped us with purchasing a lot, and several years later, we successfully sold the same lot. I would certainly use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with many real estate agents in the past. No longer! Mr. thomas is the first agent I have found who sincerely cares about MY well being, my needs and my budget. He devotes his attention, resources and knowledge as a life long northern california resident to finding the absolute best available properties in the RIGHT areas. I was able to rely on matt with the utmost confidence, knowing he was on my side and working for me. This guy is good!
