Matt Schuchard is a Mid-Missouri native and has been a Columbia, MO resident for the past 25+ years. He is a full time award winning Broker/ REALTOR(R) with 18+ years experience in the Mid-Missouri/ Columbia, MO real estate market. He has experience assisting buyers and sellers with all aspects of residential, commerical, land, and investment real estate transactions and managment.

In 2020, Matt was awarded the Century 21 Masters Ruby Award and Quality Service Award for achieving Top 25 Century 21 Agent status in Missouri and receiving outstanding reviews from his clients for his exceptional customer service. From 2015-2018, as well as assisting buyers and sellers, he acted as a managing Real Estate Broker auditing real estate contracts and training agents for one of the largest Century 21 brokerages in this region.
