About Matthew Ryan
Matt Ryan is the principal broker of Ryan Realty, a small, full-time boutique brokerage in Bend, Oregon, with his name on the door. Matt has lived and worked in the Bend community for 25 years, and every Ryan Realty broker is a long-time resident who is deeply involved in the community. Ryan Realty serves all of Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, La Pine, Sisters, Sunriver, Prineville, Madras, and Tumalo. Matt is especially focused on Bend's west-side communities, including Broken Top, Tetherow, Awbrey Butte, Awbrey Glen, NorthWest Crossing, Discovery West, Shevlin Commons, and Tree Farm, along with Crosswater and Caldera Springs near Sunriver.
For Matt, real estate is personal. He learned the business from a family member who did it honestly and openly and who turned clients into close friends. That is still the standard at Ryan Realty.
Before real estate, Matt was a firefighter, a public servant in Central Oregon. He brings the same principles of public service to every client: show up, tell the truth, and do the job right.
Matt spends hours every week studying the Central Oregon market so sellers can price and position their homes to get the strongest return, and buyers can make strong, well-informed offers. He is open about how pricing works and exactly what services clients get.
