There are no words to describe the thoroughness and prompt honest responses I received from this professional. He has been on the ball since day one. I wanted to find the least expensive properties around and he was relentless in his efforts to help as though It was a million dollar Transaction. I was skeptical that since I wasnt spending a lot of money that he would keep me at the bottom of his list of priorities but not true, he was as diligent as can be. If he didnt know an answer to my question he would go out of his way to get it, this guy is top notch and I will always go back to him for any real estate needs, Hes definitely a keeper!

Matt is so enthusiastic about and invested in being a realtor. He was always available to answer questions and explain processes. In the rare event that he couldnt answer our questions, he would always get back to us in the same day with the information. We moved from NY to KS; and buying a house is an undertaking in itself, never mind from another time zone. Matt was a reassuring presence throughout the process.

Matt to be very "user friendly". We found Matt to be very personable and easy to communicate with. He was very quick to respond to our texts/calls to answer questions and requests to meet and look at properties. Matt is very detail orientated in respect to staying abreast to ongoing issues/repairs to the property we chose. He was there with me for the home inspections and took notes at what the home inspector reported even though we would receive a written report at a later time. He did not give his opinion unless specifically asked. We felt very confident of the knowledge given when we did ask. We never felt rushed when visiting properties or pushed to purchase when we did see one that might fit the bill. We are very impressed with Matthew Rayburn as a REALTOR and very blessed he was ours. We would gladly recommend Matt to anyone looking to purchase a home.
