I have worked with a fully array of buyers and sellers. The majority of the local market is a government backed loan, most being VA. I have worked with many cash buyers and investors.

I recently listed a home for a military family who PCS'd out of state. I assisted them in getting the home cleaned and ready for professional photographs. We put the home on the market and it sold the same day.

I have always had an interest in real estate, so after retiring from the Army, I pursued a second career in real estate.

I have 17 PCS moves under my belt from my time in the Army, so I am very well aware of the tribes and tribulations of moving your family to a new duty station. I also obtained certifications as a Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Military Relocation Professional.
