Matt is truly the best broker in South Florida; I cannot recommend him and Liz enough. He represented us both in purchasing our home and most recently did an incredible job on selling it in just 6 days! He grew up in Boca, but isnt just a Boca local, he is truly a businessman and knows his markets. At every stage of dealing we knew he had our best interests at heart which gave us peace of mind, especially since we no longer lived in the area. South Florida may have millions of real estate brokers, but the good ones are few and far between. Matt and Liz are excellent. I cannot recommend them both enough!
