ZillowVERIFIED Matt sold the first home I purchased. He listed it for me at a higher amount than I even dreamed of and I got one offer for list price and accepted it! To me, that means that the price was perfect. I dont have the regret that some people do that it was sold too low and I couldve gotten more. Matt is particular in how he lists and markets his properties and even coached the other agent through the transaction (her first transaction). Matt is very knowledgeable and hard working and patient. I couldnt be more pleased with how it went. Thank you Matt!

ZillowVERIFIED Paul was always available to show a house. He is very polite and sociable. He met us several times to look at properties, just so we could get a second or third look, or to take measurements. Paul was always there to answer any questions. If he didnt know the answer he would find out for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy.
