Matthew did a wonderful job helping us find a home in Delaware that met our needs. We were relocating from Connecticut and we presented him with many challenges that he always met or exceeded! He was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him.

I worked with Matt Olsen on the purchase of our new home. The entire process was very easy. Matt had always been reachable and very accommodating with a good-natured, laid back attitude that was welcoming. I have worked with other realtors recently which were great people but felt not as committed to the buyer as Matt was to us. We were introduced to him at an open house for a new construction. He took our information down and reached out several times afterwards to help us look for the right house. When we found a house of interest, he was able to meet us promptly which led us to making the purchase. I work with many different people in my profession and can tell when someone is acting and when they are passionate about what they are doing. Matt will go the extra mile to ensure the process goes well. I would definitely recommend him and his team if you are looking to find a new place to call home.

Matthew is the best! Ever since day one he helped us through the whole journey of buying our new house. He was always available by phone, text or email to answer questions which I really appreciate. He was flexible with us as we were changing our minds everytime we visit a house, he also has many connections that helped us, and lastly he surprised us with a really nice gift on the settlement day. Thank you Matthew!

My husband and I bought our 2nd home (vacation/future retirement). We worked with Matthew Olson. He met and then exceeded all of our needs. Since we are out-of-state, communication can be difficult but not with Matthew. He was always reachable and prompt. We highly recommend Matthew and Long and Foster.
