I would highly recommend Matthew Olmstead for all your real estate needs, whether listing a home or buying one. He listed my house in Grants Pass and the sale went through effortlessly and without any added stress. He is very professional and courteous, knowledgeable and can handle difficult transactions, is a good negotiator, returns your calls/texts promptly and is there for you through the whole transaction and even after the transaction has closed! He goes above and beyond and I have bought and sold many homes since 1989 (both investment and personal) and dealt with a LOT of different Realtors over the years and Matthew stands out above any I have ever used before!! Just think he's the greatest person who has become more than my Realtor, but a friend. You will not be disappointed!!

I worked long distance with Matt to sell my Mothers property. He worked tirelessly to get the job done. Often Matt went above and beyond; power washing the decks, doing repairs and anything that I might have asked. He knows the area and is a true professional. I would highly recommend Matthew Olmstead if youre searching for a top notch realtor in Southern Oregon.

Buying a home for the first time is supposed to be terrifying, confusing, and full of paperwork you don't understandaEUR"but somehow, Matthew Olmstead made it feel like I had a PhD in real estate. From the first showing to the final signature, he walked us through every step with kindness, patience, and a sense of humor that kept us sane. He explained everything in a way that made sense, never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions (even when we totally were), and made sure we always knew what was coming next. I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for the entire time. But the real kicker? When our home was in danger of not passing appraisal, Matthew showed up and FIXED the water heater himselfaEUR"just to make sure we didnt lose the house. Who does that?! He went so far above and beyond for us, I'm convinced he might actually be a superhero in disguise. Thanks to Matthew, were now in a home we love and we couldnt be more grateful. If you want a realtor who fights for you like family and makes you laugh through the stress, Matthew is your guy.

The experience was second to none! Would highly recommend Matt if youre looking to sell! We had a very challenging property with plenty of objections to overcome! Matt stayed the course and got the job done! Give him a call!!!!
