He worked quickly to help us view multiple homes on short notice (during a hot market) and went above and beyond to make the home buying process an enjoyable experience. Matt did some fair negotiating to get us a great price and even came to our rescue when there was some serious miscommunication with our lender. Matt has continued communicating with us even 4 years after purchasing our home, which is not at all expected, but very appreciated. He gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and contractors for some home improvements.
