Matthew was great at the start of the house hunting experience. The contract on the house went ok, but after that we felt left behind. Matthew had other commitments which he shared with us and that was ok, We expected another representative from Keller Williams to take his place only to find out the the sellers agent was the one to meet us at the final walk thru the day before closing. The sellers has turned off the power to the house and we could not check anything to see if everything worked. There was also no representative at closing. Matthew did contact us at the closing table, but I thought Keller Williams should have had a repetitive there. I guess things are handled differently in Tx. I had two representatives at my closing in Tn.
