From initial meeting to the closing table it is my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability by educating them throughout every step of the home buying/selling process. My experience in home building and residential sales allows me to keep my clients well informed with the appropriate information needed, as well as detailed market insight so that they are able to make the best decisions possible. As a Realtor, it is my job to provide accurate information to my client. I like to make sure that my clients and I have a clear understanding of their goals, timelines, and specific needs that need to be identified for maximum efficiency and satisfaction. Afterwards, we work together to form a game plan for the best course of action to meet or exceed their goals. I am very experienced in estimation and negotiation. I also provide my clients with a checklist of things that they will need to prepare for the transaction and to be prepared every step of the way.
