He came to my home with a colleague prepared with stats and was very gracious and polite. Then I got "cold feet" and didn't go forward with listing for about six weeks, yet he gave me the time I needed and didn't push. What impressed me most, though, is that he's an amazing listener, remembering details of comments that made "off the cuff", long after they were made. I have a good memory, too, but I don't have that many "pots in the fire." Secondly, this guy is sharp. I don't think fast on my feet, but when I was confronted with a question that I just couldn't process fast enough, he was quick to assess the situation and rescue me with an answer or a figure and I could breath a sigh of relief.
